Mr. Kale has more than 15 years of experience in incubating, growing and harvesting businesses for startups and Fortune 500 companies.
As a corporate strategist at Cisco and Micron, Mr. Kale developed and executed key portions of plans that delivered over $1.5 billion incremental revenue within 18-24 months. He has managed Micron’s venture capital and market intelligence groups, and, while at McKinsey, turned around a $6 billion European logistics company.
Mr. Kale has helped raise over $150m for several startups in the internet/telecommunications sector, and launched them with major awards and significant tier 1 media coverage. He began his career managing products at a startup, later helping acquire and roll up 3 companies to take this startup public in 1998.
Mr. Kale holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, an MS in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University, and a BASc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo (Canada).

Successful in a variety of critical roles at a-list brands, she is adept at translating business challenges into analytical approaches and communicating with stakeholders.
