He is a two-time Brand Innovator 40 Under 40 recipient, holds multiple social media records and managed social for two of the most engaged brands globally. Joe created industry-best social media (paid/organic) and content departments from scratch five times. He’s also produced two of the most technologically advanced Facebook apps while managing 7-figure monthly ad budgets – profitably.
Beyond marketing, Joe is renowned for reputation management. Successful in critical roles at a-list brands, she is adept at translating business challenges into analytical approaches and communicating with stakeholders. Ms. Thomas' ability to balance business priorities with the customer experience and understanding marketing channel nuances is a major differentiator.

Over the past twenty years, he has helped transform a leading fitness company, built a $500 million dollar business within a Fortune 500 company and served as global president of one of the world’s largest news and financial information companies.
He is patented inventor of search technologies that are used by almost every site, app and device on the planet every day. He’s led more than a billion dollars of profitable product innovation and business creation and participated in a dozen M&A transactions. Most recently Gerry has helped lead the creation of Beachbody On Demand, which has earned its place as one of the top streaming video services in the US, UK and Canada.
Hawaii born and raised, Kelly contributes 10+ years of filmmaking experience to the team. He has has worked in pre/intra/post-production on some of the nation's most popular shows, commercials and online branded content campaigns.
